WHAT ARE ADJECTIVES?
The adjective is a part of the sentence or class of word that complements a noun to qualify it; expresses characteristics or properties attributed to a noun, whether concrete or abstract.

Adjectives serve to inform about a quality of the noun or noun it accompanies. According to the intensity with which it reports that quality, we speak of degree. The adjective has three degrees: positive, comparative and superlative

WHAT ARE SUPERLATIVE?
Superlative adjectives are used to compare three or more nouns. They're also used to compare one thing against the rest of a group. Superlative adjectives demonstrate a higher level of comparison between entities. For example, "She's the prettiest princess in all the land."
WHAT ARE SUPERLATIVE USED FOR?
The superlative is used to describe an object that is at the highest or lowest end of a quality (the tallest, the smallest, the fastest, the highest).
