Excersicing at a gym
Advantages
Guidance from a professional. (If you have a trainer)
You have a better routine.
You have someone that ensures you're excersicing properly
You have all the equipment neccesary for a bunch of different exercises.
Disadvantages
Couldn't be done from the commodity of home.
Exercising at home
Advantages
No neccesity of going out.
Could be done at any time
You can manage your own routine.
Disadvantages
You could be lazy and stop exercising constantly.
You could do the exercise wrong and you wouldn't know.
During pandemic
Exercising at a gym
Advantages
The same as before pandemic. You have guidance and a person (maybe) and you have easy access to equipment.
Disadvantages
Being in a pandemic, it is difficult to get out of home some times.
You want to take care of yourself, and going out to a gym isn't great for that.
Exercising at home
Advantages
You can exercise from the commodity of home.
You can exercise without risking yourself by going out.
There are a lot of videos and tutorials on the internet that can help you.
Disadvantages
You don't have guidance and probably not equipment.
Despite that, it is better to do it this way and not risk yourself.
