Trachycardia and increased cardiac out put, stroke volume, adergenic responciveness and peripheral blood flow

The action of thyroid hormone on the body is stimulatory, hypermetabolism result

Leads to a negative nitrogenous balance, lipid dipletion and the resultant state of nutritional defeciency

Loss of the normal regulatory control of thyroid hormone secretion
