- - - - Since only 5 of the 25 squares (1:5) are counted, add the total by 5.
        
        Diluted the sample by 200 (1:200), and multiply the count by 200 to determine the initial concentration in the body.
        
        Obtain a count that is stored in a 0.1l volume (25 squares). As a result, the count per cubic mm must therefore be multiplied by 10.
- - - - Each chamber contains the following items, 4 WBC squares for counting and
        each has 16 squares.
        
        Choose 90° lines and count only the cells that are on those lines (ex: L-shape) for optimum precision.
