Thesis
I think that we should be able to wear what ever we want in school because the uniforms are uncomfortable and expensive if they break or rip. I also think that we should be aloud to wear what ever we want because as teenagers we like to express ourselves with clothing. Lastly I think that the uniforms look "depressing" or "boring" and if we are aloud to wear casual then the school would be a lot more colorful and less boring

History and Backround
The first school to ever include uniforms was in England in the year of 1222
Some schools are fancy uniforms and some are regular blue shirt and black pants lets say.

Argument #1: Uniforms are uncomfortable
If we were aloud to wear casual then I would feel more comfortable and not just comfortable as in comfy but comfortable with what I am wearing and how it expresses my feelings.
If the uniforms rip or get a small hole in them, then we would have to pay hundreds of dollars or however many the uniforms cost, to buy a new pair on pants or a new shirt.
School uniforms are very uncomfortable and that is a fact. You can ask almost anybody in the school and they would think that they are uncomfortable and itchy.
Argument #2:
If we get to wear whatever we want then we can express ourselves more and sometimes you can learn what a person is like by the way they dress.
If they get ripped then it only cost 10$ for another shirt and parents wouldn't have to worry about us ripping our clothes anymore.
As teenagers we like to pay close attention to how we look and if we look good enough, and if we are being forced to wear something that not all of us want to wear then it can make us feel like we don't look good enough or that people make fun of the way we look even when they are wearing the same thing as you
Argument #3:
If we wear whatever we want then we could feel happy and when we look around the school instead of seeing dark gloomy uniforms, we would see all sorts of colors in other words, it would make the school a lot less boring. (no offense teachers)
It would make everyone else happy to wear their new shirt they got for their birthdays and show it off to everyone.
In my opinion the uniforms look boring and depressing because of there dark look. When im wearing my uniform I feel boring because of the plain colours.
