Blood Vessels
Blood vessels are tubes that connect the heart to the rest of the body. There are three types: arteries, veins and capillaries. Arteries carry blood away from the heart. Veins carry blood back to the heart. Capillaries are tiny blood vessels that connect the smallest arteries to the smallest veins. Capillaries have very thin walls so gases, nutrients and waste products can go through them to the cells

Red blood cells
They absorbs oxygens in lungs and transport it into organs and muscles.They can also carry some carbon dioxide.
White blood cells
They fight with germs and infections,like soldiers in you body.And attack infected cells.
Platelets
Help to stop bleeding.Platelets stick the cut together and form a scab.
