Capillaries
Carillaries are tiny blood vessels that connect the smallest arteries to the smallest veins. Capillaries have very thin walls so gases, nutrients and waste products can go through them to the cells.

After that the blood starts being deoxigonated blood and goes to the right atrium, then pumps and goes to the capilary veins where changes deoxigenated blood with oxigenated blood
First the oxigenated blood goes to the left atrium, then to the capilarys and lefts the oxigen.

What is the heart?
The heart is an organ that acts like a pump. It has four chambers. The two upper chamber are called the atria and the two lower chambers are called ventricles. They´re surrounded by thick walls of muscle that contract to pump the blood into and out of the heart. The septum divides the heart into two sides: right and left.
