Too wordy and boring

Why do we need to develop reflection skills in the first place?
To be able to convey your thoughts in a good manor
"Just in case" — you might need these skills in your future professional life; to get better are formulating your thoughts
To react effectively
It can help you in your job
How can we make our reflections more meaningful?
By adding points that mean things (for example, be specific in our descriptions on the initial task)
We can make them more detailed
We can add a better vocabulary, and form sensible sentences
