Islam
The Qur'an s the central religious text of Islam, believed by Muslims to be a revelation from God
Muslims are monotheistic and worship one, all-knowing God, who in Arabic is known as Allah.
One important person to note is Muhammad, he was an Arab religious, social, and political leader and the founder of Islam
Today islam can be found in Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Iran, the traditional heartlands of Islam
Islam's important beliefs is Profession of Faith. The belief is that "There is no god but God, and Muhammad is the Messenger of God"
