It is a pre-visit that the clients do to the chosen destination before the event. Some time these inspection visits happen even 1 or 2 year before the actual event. It is your first chance to show to your client how professional and organized you are. It is the right moment to show your client your know-how.
How to make the difference?
- A little present in the room
- Prepare them a welcome pack including information on all the venues you are going to visit including maps
- Take a funny picture of the client and send it to the client with the report of the site inspection
- Pay attention to detail
- It's convenient to have "Hand cleaning towels" to give to your client during a lunch/dinner.
- It is important to have water always handy in the vehicle you are using during the site visit.
