I believe that the greatest challenges are yet to come in some of these initiatives but I am slowly changing the mindset of the organisation
The negatives are you are never going to please all of the people all of the time and apathy can set in which I have found from past experience spreads rapidly

The practice has experienced a lot of change and the staff are were in need of stability, now i have been in post almost a year small changes can be introduced

All of these acts of positivity create a sense of appreciation, loyalty and a nicer place to work
If these were not shown then I believe the staff turnover would be much greater than we have experienced
When presenting these idea to the partnership the cost of inactivity was explained, recruitment etc. I also changed the mindset gradually ...the drip drip effect
