Made sure our financial records always updated / Talk we supporters about more ways they can support us
Problems
Contacting sponsors slowed down in the 2nd semester
Problems with giving credit to all sponsors
Drive Thru
Created a Raffle System for the prizes of the drive thru
Discussed what prizes to give while being aware of cost
Revised our terms and conditions policies
Created plans with companies to start Drive thru campaign behalf of Plugged-IN in there offices (Before offices shut down)
Created more efficient financial tracker for money that is sent to students that we are helping
Kept good communications with part suppliers, and through them networked to other suppliers
Found ways to save money (Prizes, parts, quota, etc)
Track students details, and phone details
Regularly supplied the devices with quota
Tech Support
Have some sort of long term sustainability plan as to how to ensure students learn even after our involvement ends
making an ipad and computer instructions
Zoom meetings with the students who receive the devices
Asking teachers if there is any difficulty using the devices or if we can provide them with any material
Response from the people who receive devices and ask how we can help them
One on one feedback of any improvements or clarifications
needed for the instructions
have a group discussion and talk about what can we do as a tech support team
