In 1963 Ortega started his clothing factories.
1985 Inditex formed as a holding company apart of Zara.
Zara was founded in 2003 by Ortega.
Jose Maria Castellano Rios joined the comapny in 1985 aswell.

Possible Solutions
Another possible solution is to not upgrade the IT infrastructure and continue using the current system of DOS

The current system using DOS and has shown to be successful and would continue to bring in profits.
No big changes are occurring so business as usual will continue.

If the DOS system would no longer be supported this could make Zara unprepared resulting in more cost later down the road.
