Colombia Sancocho Soup (6 servers)
First Step
Cook the1 Kg beef rib about 10 minutes in the pressure cooker to tenderize it.
Second Step
Put the meat in a big pot with water then cut the 3 bananas in big slices and add it to the pot with the 2 onion stalk chopped in very small slices and the 3 corn in medium pieces.
Third Step
Cut the 2 big onions in cross and add it to the pot with the tings then add the salt and seasonings to taste then stir the soup and leave it boiling about 45-60 minutes.
Fourth Step
Add the potatoes, the yucca, the chicken bouillon cubes in the soup then we cut the tomatoes in small pieces and we add it to the soup and leave it boiling about another 20 minutes.
Fifth Step
The soup is ready! We serve the soup hot in big bowls, some people likes some small pieces of cilantro to go with the soup so we are going to cut the 2 bunches cilantro in very, very small slices and add it to the soup.

1 Kg beef rib
3 Green Bananas not yellow
1 Kg yucca in pieces and thin slices
1 Kg potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
3 Corn in medium pieces
2 big onions
2 Long onion stalk, chopped
2 bunches cilantro
2 green tomatoes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt and seasonings to taste
