Verses
Luke 15:1-7
John 10:1-21
Rejection
The more you get rejected and look down on, the more Jesus will look at you
God's love for us
pondering
Why are we precious to Him?
Why does He never stop loving us?
Why does He want to be a shepherd for us?
answers
We have sinned and went astray
God looks for us until He finds us
He loves us as if there is no one else to love
Sinning against God
Evil
We are sheeps that are lost and easily tempted to commit sin
Evil tempts us with trickery
God
The Lord our Shepherd will go before us and us as the sheeps will follow Him
He keeps us from sin
We cannot fight sin with our strength, but God is our Shield and Strength
How the Shepherd takes care of the Sheep
by His voice
The voice of the shepherd is known to the sheep
The more we listen to God's words, the less potential to fall into sin
He speaks to us, we listen
We speak to Him, He listens
through His sacrifice
Jesus gave His life to protect us
He will fight the wolves that come to bite the sheep
The more we cherish Christ's sacrifice, the more we fear to sin
The shepherd has to know each name of the sheep, just like God knows each of us
His love to the weak
God carried us and put us on His shoulders when He finds us
Us as the sheeps, are weak and helpless with the nature to wander and are clueless
He considers us important because we are weak and helpless without Him
His love never ends
No joy is more beautiful to God than to find us who are lost
Jesus calls us by name, so it means we are valuable in His eyes
