        Written by Thomas Jefferson and a commettee, the "Declaration of American Independence" was approved on 4 July 1776.
        It sustains that all men are equal and each one have unalienable rights, such as the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
        Moreover when a government don't protect the people's rights, these have the duty of overthrow that government.
        With this declaration the colonies that live in America declare themselves independents and dissolve all political connection between them, the British Crown and the State of Great Britain.

        Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
        
        Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.
        
        I have chosen this article because I believe that freedom of movement is essential for human development.
        The freedom of movement is important not only for tourism or study, but also for who decide to move and live in other country for example for work reasons.
        However, after seventy years there are countries that don't respect altogether this right for political reasons.
        I think this is a point that all the countries should work on in the future.
        
        William of Orange landed in England in 1688 with most of the english on his site.
        This event is called "The Glorious Revolution", glorious because it was bloodless.
        During this reign a series of laws were introduced which are fixed in modern parliament.
        The "Bill of Rights" established that the crown couldn't rule a country without a parliament.
        "Generation act" same year granted freedom of religion.
        
        The "Habeas Corpus Act" recognizes the right of a prisoner to know the crimes for which he was arrested.
        In fact "Habeas Corpus" literally means "You shall have the body".
        Still today there are countries where people may be imprisoned without ever getting a change to defend himself.
      - The "Petition of Rights" is a major constitutional document, that was approved by King Charles I in 1628.
        The petition recognizes four key principles of government:
        
        no taxation without the consent of parliament;
        
        no imprisonment without cause;
        
        no quartering of soldiers on subject;
        
        no martial law in peacetime.
        
        King Charles I ruled by Royal prerogative, meaning that he trying to govern without consulting Parliament.
        He also began to raise taxes and started to imprisoning anyone who refused to pay.
        The king was against the rights and against the Magna Carta.
        The perseverance of Parliament leads the king to sign the petition.
        However, he continued to govern in much the same way.
