- - - - Authority is the power to make decisions.
      - If a task is assigned, a minimum authority must also be assigned to perform the task.
      - Authority goes down. One always has authority over oneself, but we can also have authority over other people (subordinates or collaborators).
  - - - Authority without responsibility is tyranny, it is dictatorship.
      - Responsibility without authority is slavery.
      - When there is no balance we are closer to dictatorship or slavery.
      - You have to stay in the middle, you have to have a balance between forces.
  - - - An organization chart is the graphic representation of the organization of a company, especially its authority and responsibility.
      - What is shown in an organization chart are charges. A position is a set of functions, which in turn are a set of tasks. In this way, the organization chart also shows the distribution of tasks, but very superficially.
    - - The linear: like that of an army or military organization.
      - Functional: if it is organized according to the functions performed: marketing, human resources, etc.
