- - - - To achieve a goal there are many things that can be done and it can be done through brainstorming.
      - It is advisable to gather a certain team of members of the company, commission, school or organization, propose the goal that you want to achieve and ask them for ideas to achieve that goal.
      - Do not attack any idea, least of all its proponent.
      - Criticizing kills good ideas before they are said.
      - The important thing at the moment is to collect ideas.
  - - - From the list of possible tasks we have to choose which ones we will carry out.
      - To choose the tasks, we must base ourselves on the resources we have and the objectives we pursue.
      - The tasks we choose have to get us to point B. If the task doesn't get us to that point, then we shouldn't.
  - - - If we group the fixed tasks we are in front of functions. If we group these even further, we are facing charges.
      - When it is said that someone occupies a certain position, we are summarizing the set of functions that she performs.
      - By naming one of his functions, we are summarizing a group of tasks that person performs.
      - Fixed tasks are usually defined in a document known as a job description. The definition of charges is excellent so that everyone knows what is expected of him.
