Ethics
Moral dimension of communication, the rightness & wrongness of communication influence by culture & philosophy of life

Communication
Interpersonal communication is a transactional process with elements that are interdependent.
Interpersonal communication is a process
Ever-changing process: people, environment is changing
Communication process is circular

Message in communication can be ambiguous because it can be interpreted more than one meaning
Interpersonal relationship may be symmetrical or complimentary

Messages in communication has both content and relationship aspect
