Rationale
Provides information to the patient about the anxiety and need for measures and support it and allow for identification of fear and treatments
Patient must get a chance to release feelings, secure information needed to reduce anxiety.
Expected Outcomes

Nursing Intervention
Allow expression of concerns and ask about the status of a sick patient and possible complications and prognosis.

Evaluation
After 8 hours of Nursing intervention a patient must able to maintain airway breath sound and vital signs beats on normal ranges
After 5 minutes of Nursing intervention , the patient must able to relax and anxiety lessen.

Causes
The major cause of this tumor is unable to control the cell growth in the pituitary gland, which creates a tumor, remains unknown.
A condition called multiple endocrine neoplasia type I (MEN 1) may raise your risk. This condition is passed down through families.
Pituitary Tumors can be caused by DNA changes that turn on oncogenes or turn off tumor suppressor genes.
Pathophysiology
It makes hormones that affect many other glands and many functions in your body. Most pituitary tumors are not cancerous.
A pituitary tumor is an abnormal growth in the pituitary gland. The pituitary is a small gland in the brain. It is located behind the back of the nose.
Pituitary tumors that make too many hormones will cause other glands to make more hormones. That will cause symptoms related to each of the specific hormones.
