Continued, ongoing meetings between parents and school staff
classroom level
Rules against bullying in for the classroom
Immediate, consistent rewards for inclusive behavior and consequences for aggressive behavior
Regular meetings/discussions with students to reinforce desired behaviors and expectations. At these meeting share resources for preventing bullying behavior
Individual level
Serious talks with the bullies & victims and the parents of said students
Role-playing/modeling desired, non-aggressive behaviors
Role play/modeling assertive behavior for victims of bullying
