The Communication Process
Communication
It is the faculty and the process of transmitting to another or others, information, feelings and experiences.
The purposes of communication should be
• Not logically contradictory or logically unconscious with himself.
• Behavior focused; that is, expressed in terms of human behavior.
• Specific enough to allow us to relate it to actual communicative behavior.

Written communication
Letters are conversations that you have in writing with a person. It is the most elegant and formal written communication that exists.
Letters - Recommendations
It includes all the necessary data to respond to the letter (address, telephones, faxes, emails, PO boxes, etc.).
Memoranda
It is a letter, but internal and much more flexible. It is used to communicate something to the members of an organization.
Reports (Executive Summaries)
They allow evaluating the degree of advance or delay, detect failures, appreciate good performance.
Oral Communication

How you answer a call to your company will form the first impression your customers will get.
In person
Conversation is the most important means we have to communicate orally, that is why respect for the opinions of the other is essential.
Knowing how to listen enriches communication, since it allows us to appreciate the points of view of others
Gestures and Body Language
When we speak to large audiences, we must use more expressive body language, since the listener in the last row will only perceive these gestures if they are properly magnified.

it is a group of people talking. There is little difference between chatting on the Internet and talking to a friend.

It is a private network within an organization that uses technology very similar to that of the Internet which allows its users to search, use and share documents.
