Factual information can be presented and communicated through different ways, some are more effective and some are not as effective.
Which way do we think is the most effective and which is the least effective.
We believe that Internet Search deserves to be in rank S and the only one there, meaning that it is the most effective way factual information can be communicated. The reason to this is that is because Internet Search could give almost everything single factual information you would need.
Socializing has been put into rank F since it is not as effective as the others compared, it may be difficult for some people to communicate with each other and it can only be done when one person tells another person something.
