World's oceans
Pacific Ocean
The Pacific Ocean is the largest part of the world ocean on Earth. It occupies a third of its surface and extends approximately 15,000 kilometers from the Bering Sea bordering the Arctic to the north.
Water occupies 71% of its surface. The ocean was formed around 4,000 million years ago.
Then, when the tectonic plates separated, they divided the five big oceans:

-
In each ocean, there are delimited areas, close to the continents or even interiors, which form the regional seas.
-
-
Of course, the water is warmer in the equatorial and tropical zones; colder in the temperate zones and icier near the poles.
The oceans’ function determines the climate and is the cause of the divergence of
life that exists on our planet.
CONTAMINATION :!!:
Of the 70% of the planet surface that is covered by the oceans, the human beings have just explored a 10%.
Every year people throw to the sea 6, 5 millions of tons of garbage, 70% of the total wastewater of the planet.

Arctic Ocean
The Arctic Ocean or Glacial Arctic Ocean is the smallest and northernmost part of the world ocean on the planet. It is found mainly north of the Arctic Circle
Indian Ocean
The Indian Ocean is the part of the Earth's world ocean that bathes the coasts of East Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Australia. It is the third largest ocean by area and covers approximately 20% of the planet's surface.
