Systems
Equations
Equation sistems compares two different expressions, so that one can see when those lines will meet. It can be useful to determine which option is more beneficious until what point in time, for example.
Important Terms
How to solve it: To solve it, you must first identify the equations or two points per expression. From there, one can choose from any of the four methods listed above to solve it and determine what exactly is the point of intersection.
-
-
Elimination Method: Multiply one of the equations so that one of the variables has opposite value between expressions. Then sum so that such values take out each other.
-
Substitution Method: Substitutes one of the variables of one equation by the values of the other one. The variables that are present in both expressions.
-
Inconsistent Sistems: A Sistem with no solution, as both equations have the same slope
Inequations
Inequation sistems are comparisons between two distinct inequations, which show not only which places the individual expression have value in, but also what is the area where values is shared by both, if any.
Important Terms
How to Solve It; In inequalities, variables have constraints that define the possible values that represent them. Solving a system of linear inequality is basically identifying the zone of constrain in which both equations can have value in. This zone is often called a feasible set.

Rays: Lines which we know were start, tough not where it ends.
