Menopause is when a women's period has stopped for a year. Meaning a women is born with a set number of eggs to produce and when you can no longer produce eggs, You have reach menopause. This occurs around age 45 for women.
Ovulation is the releasing of a develop egg each month. Better known as the dominant follicle. Ovulation is promoted by LH. This happens on day 14 of the menstrual cycle. When released it makes it ways through the fallopian tubes and makes its way to the uterus.
