Witness accounts tells a different story from the main person of interest.
Ethical Issue 3
the War Powers Act was violated. With knowledge alone that an international treaty was violated first party sources were rarely if not used at all in the interview.
The diplomat asked in the interview why there was not enough of military presence to assist in the situation to begin with evacuating the diplomats from the area.
On account of other high priority people involved they explain how there should have been opposite reactions to information on the area and take evasive action.

Main Interviewee had a falsified name and presence during the stretch of this one year interview
The man's name was false in the interview as well on official documents with alias name in the interview but his real name on the documents throwing the interview off the rails.
What is your opinion about the issue, and what caused you to form that opinion
My opinion on the issue if this scandal was the fact there is so much confusion and misinformation it causes the story to be false in the eyes of the general public and world media
This opinion is formed based of the multiple discrepancies and violations-in the War Powers Act it leaves more questions to be explained about what happened during these events on September11th, 2012
what opposing view could be expressed
With seeing this situation unfold the opposing view was the point the events occurred the way did was due to lost in the presence to help the country of Libya after they lost control of it's area and did not have proper communication.
The 60 Minutes usually have their sources in order to conduct proper interviews and were given the information in the height of the initial moment of the crisis that happened. They can be at fault because they were tricked with information.
Your reaction to the ethical issues raised by the information in the article
Prior military experience and in detail of reading this report being false is a troubling reaction with the amount of confusion in in proper protocol of checking first hand resource for this report versus listening and not fact checking this man.
How could using a balance in research and reporting tactics have made a difference in the outcome of what was reported
Understanding how the difficult it is to cover a extremely sensitive topic without much use of the governments' influences to tamper with the investigation of the Benghazi scandal but with trusting third party sources caused a major lost of trust in their journalism record.
Part 2. Before during and in the post edit of the production of each of these interviews should have met all requirements including checking official government timestamps of the occurrence with the interview in my use of tactics and methods
