SL-SA Capital based company
My objective is to create my own company in the future but I have to think about some details, such as, the capital based, the product...etc.
Julen
Cooperative
As part of the company, I think that my opinion should be considered in a democratic way as every decision taken affects me
Iñaki
In case of creating a company I would work in a capital based company, depending on the type of business in which the activity would be developed and the type of capital that would circulate I would set up an S.L or S.A, or S.A.L/ S.L.U.
In the case of having to work and not create a company, I would prefer to work in a company that is focused on workers and that have importance as a cooperative, or in public service to contribute to the development of society. Without ruling out any option given the needs, as long as people are taken into account and valued.

SL - SA Capital based company
Mainly because I agree with the traditional working schedule and I think is the best way of mantaining the worker away from multiple headaches that can be created by companies up and downs. Even though is not as worker focus as a cooperative, the lack of implication is not too important for me at least.

Cooperative
I would like to be part of the decisions that are made and thus feel part of the company, not just be another worker.

The control is very simple, following the basic principles
Mondragon Corporation
In its control structure, ideas and control go through a strict process where they are reviewed and controlled
Their purpose is to put aside class society and achieve social development and individual promotion, such as education, decent employment, health ...
Jackson corporation
Its main objective is to change the economic system, to improve the conditions of the black and Latino community.
