PHASE 1 : BEGINNING Rhythm needs to be set, expectations and goals

COGNITIVE PHASE: to state the goals, outcomes and individual needstext**

PHASE 2: EARLY MIDDLE PHASE Good rhythm of working, keep the momentum, students need to know they are supported
TEACHING PRESENCE: content must be shared, the 4 production factors are explained and enough content is giventext
Edupuzzle: a short video is shown to familiarise the students with the content Conceptboard can be used to get the student to participate and learn more about the new content and examples of the productionfactors raw material is coal, fish etc.
COGNITIVE PRESENCE: make sure learners understanding of productionfactors and how it is applied in production processtext
Kwiksurvey: to be sure learners reached outcome of the productionfactors, what it is how it is used, short suvey can give information of their knowledge as well as the individuals that are left behind.

PHASE 3: LATE MIDDLE PHASE, Remove the trainer wheels. Students should be learning full speed. The coach must ensure learners are on right track and connected
COGNITIVE PRESENCE: Learners apply their knowledge to do assiggnments. Groupwork is essential to share their knowledgeetext
Jigsaw: Each student receive a productionfactor, they have to do researdh and get together to share information and research. the knowledge gained are then used to apply to the production of cheese

PHASE 4: CLOSING WEEKS, Reflection and closing up of the goal and outcome, it is a time of reflection for the coach and the students

Can make use of Conceptboard where you engage with students how icecream is made using the four production factors, questions can also be asked to students that did not participate so much on discussionsboards to ensure that all students are at the same level and the outcome is reached for each learner.

Feedback for the Coach from the students is essenstial, questions regarding the content, communication tools can be answerd via social media like email or wup groups. The reason for that will be that the course can be fine tuned and to gather knowledge regarding the communication tools students prefer.
