I’m going to introduce the Executive Expertise. At first it is about the manager's viewpoint of Strategic Positioning.
The first one is Fieldglass, Fieldglass try to position themselves on an overall offering, and sell on the basis of the overall company, including the platform, the people and the community.
And it is important that value proposition over time when become a customer of Fieldglass, can get an VMS, and join the ecosystem of other Fieldglass's customers.
The next one is Country Financial. They're in the value add space and the service space. And they tried to ensure that they hit their target market with a value that it need. The target market of Country Financial are middle-income households that have assets to protect, and have income that they need to secure for the future.
The last one is Avant. Avant focused on more differentiation across different dimensions. Including transparency and clarity of product, ease of use, real time in nature, service and customer orientation, and regulatory environment and scheme.
And than provide great value, build so much brand value with the customer.
