Humans are born with morals
We are interested in ourselves first
There is a genetic factor to morality
Why has religion continued to prosper for so long?
Provides a sense of stability
Creates order and an ethical framework
Gives us a reason to unknown questions such as death and dying
Why do we as people treat animals as if we have power over them?
God commanded Humans rule over animals
Humans have larger brain and therefor brain functioning is advanced
Human beings are seen to have souls and animals aren't see this way
Buddhism and Hinduism regard animals as higher than humans
How does technology affect what it means to be human?
