- - - - It is the responsible for recording the necessary information about a criminal like personal information. And this are the data needed to fulfil – Name (Last, First, Middle), Alias, Address, Date and Place of birth, Nationality, Gender, Marital Status, Nationality, Weight, Height, Age, Educational Attainment, Other identifying Characters, Name and Address of Father, Name and Address of Mother, Name and Address of nearest relative, Offense Charge (CC No., Court Fiscal), Arrested by, Unit, Where Arrested, Date and Time Arrested, Booked by, Branch Section
    - - After the station received a court order stating that the criminal is ready to release, the administrator will record the Personal Information and Case Information. Personal Information of the criminal to be released are already present in the released module, the information comes from the admission records. This module can be accessed by the administrator.
    - - This module was used by the administrator in recording the information of the criminal who will be transferred to other police station upon the issuance of commitment order. Personal information of the criminal to be transferred are already present in the transfer module, the information comes from the admission records.
    - - This module will be used by the administrator in generating a report of released, transfer, blotter, wanted, missing person and traffic violation. The administrator set the date they want to generate a report and also the day they want to end their reports, furthermore the personnel choose the report the administrator wants to generate. The module display the names recorded in the different module and can be printed.
    - - Case Maintenance
        
        This module will be used by the administrative section to add, update and delete the case
    - - Administrator may register new personnel. Administrator can also update personnel account.
  - - - This module will be used by the investigation section in recording blotter files entry number, warrant of arrest, date, time, suspect, victim, event, and officer. And also the personal information’s of the suspect and the victim.
    - - This module will be used by the investigation section in recording information about the wanted person including the picture for operation purposes. This can be done by putting the data in the text field present in the wanted module. Data is saved in the database after the personnel completed the information of a wanted criminal. All the information shown can be printed.
    - - This module will be used by the investigation section in recording information about a missing person including a picture as a reference to that person
  - - - This module will be used by the operation section in recording information about the person who committed a traffic violation as well as what violation he committed and how many times he committed traffic violation. The personnel fill out the necessary text fields in the module by the information presents in the traffic citation ticket.
  - - - This module can be accessed by the administrator, investigator, in operation and information desk. This module is concerned in updating users own account.
    - - This module will be used by the administrative section to add, update and delete the case

    - - This module will be used by the Information desk in issuance of police clearance. The system searched whether the applicant has committed an offense based on the applicant’s name. The system has a text field that to be filled out by the information of the police applicant. After the information has been completed the system is ready to generate a police clearance.
