As many companies in the FMCG industry are very big, have a long history and complex decision-making procedures I think that digitalization can be a big challenge for many companies. Still, I am more than convinced that with the right way of communicating and working with each other the positive impacts of the digital industry and century will definitely overcome the challenge and therefore every effort will pay off!
The rise of E-Commerce 📲 has a huge impact on the FMCG industry. What is the role of the local retailers today and how will the situation look like 20 years from now?
