Characterization
Kara is feeling sad,cause,the mother dolphin is dead,she is sad because she worked so hard.Kara's emotional state is at a high leel because of the dredgeing -Aimal
Kara:- Kara already has learning difficulties and what makes it harder for her is her mothers death and now the dredging, Moana being sold, the mother dolphin's death. This making everything harder for Kara.

Felix:- Not much has changed for Felix although he does care for Marine life and is there to support Kara though his physical state.

Plot
In chapter 32,Kara and Felix are sitting in a park just having a random discussion.Kara was a tense and depressed as rhe mother dolphin was dead and the fact that Moana is no more with her.While Felix wants her to go with him as well-Aimal
The dredging is starting and the ban has been lifted because of this Angel's mother is dead. Although fishermen signed the petition it has not stopped the ban from being lifted.
