Farmer Brown runs into a big problem when his cows find an old typewriter in the barn. After writing notes demanding amenities such as electric blankets, Farmer Brown refuses. As a result, the cows and hens go on strike, declining him milk and eggs. Farmer Brown, desperately writes them back, involving Duck as a neutral party. With the help of Duck, Farmer Brown and his animals agree to compromise, ensuring everyone on the farm is happy. While this appears to be ideal, now the ducks are unhappy, requesting accommodations from Farmer Brown.
