Nefarelin
Mechanism of action
Is the desensitization of pituitary GnRH receptors leading to a decrease in gonadotropin release, and ovarian hormone serum concentrations similar to those achieved in postmenopausal women
Indications

A patients with gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogs hypersensitivity
Increased cardiovascular event risk
A mother who is producing milk breastfeeding
Side effects
Decreased sexual interest or changes in sexual desir

Increase in pubic hair growth

It is administered subcutaneous and also on nasal cavity
Must be stored in 15-30 degrees Celsius room temperature
Pregnyl Vial
Mechanism of action
Pregnyl vial depends upon the purpose for which it is being used, the sex of the patient, and the level of maturity of the patient to whom it is administered
Indications
Prepubertal cryptorchidism not due to anatomical obstruction
Selected cases of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism in males
Induction of ovulation and pregnancy in the anovulatory, infertile woman in whom the cause of anovulation is secondary and not due to primary ovarian failure, and who has been appropriately pretreated with human menotropins
Contraindications
In patients with prior allergic reaction to human chorionic gonadotropin

It is administered intramuscular only
Storage conditions
Store at controlled room temperature 15-30 degrees Celsius
Reconstituted solution is stable for 60 days when refrigerated
Cyclofenin
Mechanism of action
It relieves smooth muscle spasm of the gastrointestinal tract.
Animal studies indicates that this is achieved via dual mechanism

Danazol
Mechanism of action
Danazol reduces estrogen production and levels, it has functional antiestrogenic properties. The combination of its antiestrogenic, androgenic, and progestogenic or antiprogestogenic actions cause atrophy of the endomentrium, which alleviates the symptoms of endometriosis

Management of menorrhagia
Fibrocystic breast disease
Hereditary angioedema
Premenstrual syndrome
Contraindication
Markedly impaired hepatic, renal or cardiac function
Pregnancy
Androgen-dependent tumor
Undiagnosed abnormal genital bleeding
