COVID-19 has affected anxiety a lot because of all the stress that it's giving us.

Anxiety can cause depression. Both anxiety and depression are similar because stress is one of the main reasons that causes them.

It has impacted the social life because with all the stress that anxiety gives us, people start avoiding a lot of things.

Perspective

Some celebrities such as Shawn Mendes and Dwayne Johnson say that anxiety can be different for everyone and your not alone even if you think you are.

It really depends on the person if they can or can't tell if someone's feeling anxious. Someone might realize that you are anxious if they also have experience with anxiety. This is because it's easy for them to recognize the signs of anxiety.

You can be anxious while others don't know because it could just be all in your head.

It can be hard for some people to understand anxiety because they think "Your just nervous." But for some people it can be more than "Just nervous." This is because some of us might have just a bit of anxiety but then other people can have more serious anxiety.
