- - - - Pupil function: regulate the amount of light going in and out your eyes.
        
        Example: If you go into a dark room, your pupils will open up and dilate because your eyes need more light to see. Now, if you go out into the sun will cause your eyes to dilate and going into the sunlight will cause your eyes to constrict.
        
        Summary: the pupil gets bigger or smaller depending on the light change.
- - - - Injuries are common in our ligaments: either stretches too far or breaks which is often referred to as a sprain.
        Common place for sprains: the ankle
        
        All sprains should be looked at by a doctor. Typically, they will heal on their own but some do require surgery.
        
        Note: there are things you can do to help the healing process.
        Remember: R.I.C.E. - Rest the injured body part, Ice the area, Compression with ace wrap or bandage, Elevation the area as best you can. These are all to help heal the sprain.

        The main purpose of this bone: to offer protection for your eyes.
        
        Example: If something hits your face dead on, it will either hit your brown bone or your cheekbone before hitting your eye because your eye is set into the cavity.
        
        Point of the brow bone is to protect the eyes.
