name: ofloxacin
mechanism of action-inhibition topoisomerase (DNA gyrase), enzymes, which inhibit relaxation of supercoiled DNA and promote breaking of double stranded DNA.
contra-indication- tablets are contra indicated in person with hypersensitivity associated with the use of oflaxacin.

side effects- nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, skin itching.
