To form antigen recognition and cor-stimulation
Thus acting it through cyclosporine tacolimus
The activated T-cell undergo proliferation to azathioprine MPA sirrolimus
Indications
Used in auto immune disease
Used to patient on organ transplant
Contraindications
Contraindicated to patients with neurologic diseases
Contraindicated to patients with uncontrolled heart failure
Contraindicated to immunosuppressed patients
Side effects
Nausea
Vomiting
Loss of appetite
Increased risk of infection
Storage conditions
Stored under temperature of 4 degrees Celsius and-20 degrees Celsius for one week
