Connections
I am so connected with visual arts because there can be so many different perspectives in a piece of art.
The way I see it may be completely different than the way somebody else sees it. It's interesting to hear what somebody sees in a piece of art compared to somebody else. We enter in a new reality and we feel all kinds of extraordinary emotion..
Art can also hold your identities and show them to the world
Role
Art has a huge rule in in connecting people because it can give people emotions that can lift up their spirit and make them more driven than ever.
Are artists obligated to interrelate with their audience?
Do they need to convey emotions?
It transcends "need", I believe art is the emotional expression of human personality, making an emotional response the keystone to experiencing art. Yes, I think artworks require emotions because it's in its own definition!
An audience is unnecessary, and artists certainly have no obligation to an audience.
Their only responability is keeping their audience engaged and continually receiving some value by viewing, purchasing or engaging in their work.
With the art that we are surrounded by, whether it's a painting, music or even videos can have a huge impact on our mood and emotions, showing us that we are all equal and form connections that transcend differences.
