The Astro-Hungarian empire and Russia fought for the balkans
Serbia was mad because the astro-hungarians had expanded their territories near them
France and Germany competed for colonies
GB thought they were in danger because of the German boats

On 1914 the Astro-Hungarian empire declared the war to Serbia becaus Ferdinand was killed and they thought it was Serbia who had killed him
