Reflection : In the fourth class we worked on agility and power. I was not the lead for any of these components so I watched and followed the leaders instructions. We worked on 2 intense workouts and after finishing this, we worked on refining our routines to match the criteria better and improve the intensity.

Reflection: In the fifth class we worked on cardiovascular endurance and agility. Todays class was different from other classes. Before starting the execution, we had to work on our plan based on the overload principle. We had to read about this principle and then refine our plan according to the fundamentals of this principle. After that we executed both the routines. The overload principle helped give more time and increase the intensity of the workout.

Reflection : In the first class we worked on muscular endurance and power. For muscular endurance I was the lead and I helped my group members work on their muscular endurance through a 12 minute routine. We had to choose exercises according to the component and something interesting that I found was there was an overlap in exercises between a few of the components.

Reflection : In the second class we worked on two different fitness components. In this class we worked on cardiovascular endurance and agility. We finally finished all 4 fitness components and we followed the routine well. We had to execute a 20 minute routine but we could not finish the entire routine so we gave each other feedback and we thought about decreasing the intensity of the workout because we have not been exposed to 40 minutes of exercise.
Lesson 6 Reflection
-
Health section: In the first half of class we worked in our health groups to create a research question. We created multiple drafts of the question before finally chosing one. The topic that we selected is abortion or unwanted pregnancy
PE section: This class was divided into two halves. In the second half we worked on PE where we were given the task to create a fitness plan for a family member or relative above the age of 40. I created the routined based on the needs of my client and kept in mind the principle of individualization. The routine was not specific to only one component, instead it focused on all.
Lesson 3 Reflection:

Reflection : In the third class we worked on muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance. For muscular endurance I was the lead and I helped my group members work on their muscular endurance through a 20 minute routine. In this class we had to work on refining and improving our plan. Instead of refining at the start of the plan we waited till the end of the execution and we asked our group members what components of the plan could we work on.
