- - - - The Urals: they are the oldest mountains in the world and extend in a line from the north to the south of Russia to Kazakhstan.
      - Tien Shan: its name means "Heavenly Mountains", it has the largest glacier which is Engil'chek.
      - The Himalayas: they are mountains that separate the Indian subcontinent from the rest of Asia, in addition the Himalayas are made up of three mountain belts that include Everest.
    - - The Deccan Plateau: It forms almost all of southern India.
      - The Tibetan plateus: this plateau covers about half of the United States, it is considered the largest in the world, it is also called "Rooftop of the World", it has a large number of glaciers.
      - Iranian plateaus: covers most of Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan, also contains some high mountains, hydrographic basins and two large deserts.
    - - Fresh Water
        
        Baikal Lake: it is in the south of Russia, it is the deepest, the biggest and the oldest on Earth.
        
        The Tigris and Euphrates: They are born in the heights of eastern Turkey and come together in the city of Qurna, Iraq.
        
        The Yangtze: it is the longest river in Asia, it is the vital and economic element of China.

- - - - High Islands: known as volcanic islands, they were created by eruptions hence their name high islands, examples of high islands: Tomanivi, Mount Lamington, New Guinea and Mount Yasur.
      - Low Islands: Also called coral islands, they are made of animals called corals, they take the form of an irregular ring of small islands.
      - Continental Islands: these islands were once attached to the mainland, some of these islands are New Guinea, Australia, Zealandia.
