MIGRATION AND MODERNITY
10 million Africans were displaced without consent to enslave them in the colonial system.
The place began to industrialize, causing 50 million people to move to Europe, the United States, Africa and Asia.
In the 16th century, the people of Europe left to conquer America.
GLOBALIZATION
Much migration began to be generated by the crisis of the capitalist system in the 20th century. The migration of the business system and professionals was easier.
Currently 214 million people in the world live in countries to which they are not of origin, 14 million are refugees in other countries and 26 million are forcibly displaced within their countries.
MIGRATION IN THE PAST
By 8000 BC until the Christian era, people used to migrate in a forced way, as people were enslaved. Later in 2000 years of human history, mobilization became very necessary.
TYPES OF MIGRATION
There are 3 migrations. Permanent, temporary and stationary migration. Destinations are internal, international and cross-border migration. From a legal point of view there are regular and irregular migrations.
MIGRATION IN LATIN AMERICAN
It is the result of several settlements to the present day. The conquest of America made great migrations from Africa and Europe to here. Latin America has internal, intra-regional and international migrations.
