        Hypothesis: in order for a patients mindfulness to be most effective, it must be taught and tracked by either a therapist, family member, or spiritual leader. Then check in less and less over time from everyday check ins to weekly to biweekly monthly to ensure that the habit truly has stuck in the patients mind. Consider it as a foundation that allows the patient to function normally instead of feel tempted to playing an unhealthy amount of video games
        
        It appears the MORE process of treatment of IVGD proves my hypothesis. Be sure to use it as an example as the most effective and easiest treatment. However two points to bring out.
        
        The MORE treatment is not necessarily one size fits all, it’s one size fits most. Other treatment options stated earlier could be better or worse for the patient. MORE simply helps the most
