1st April: This class we worked in groups to identify and discuss the fitness components. We went over a class presentation then proceeded to each choose a fitness component and develop a plan. I developed and led an agility plan and I executed my peers muscular endurance plan
6th April: This class we spent the first 15 minutes giving and receiving feedback for the routine made in the previous class. This was all while making required changes to the existing plan. We then executed routines based on power and cardio endurance.
