Reflection: Today's class was very productive, and I was able to achieve a lot. First, I spent time modifying both the plans, for my peers, and older client. I used the feedback collected from both client sets, as well as my own observations, to implement changes in order to make both plans more effective for the end client. After that, in our groups we spent time performing the power and cardio workouts. In the groups, my modified cardio plan was well-recieved and each group member found the plan effective and engaging with the new structure of the plan. The new plan incorporated high-intensity which allowed for overload, and variety in the form of 11 distinct exercises. Next, we worked on the power component. This component by Maanvir, included several workouts such as squat jumps which helped with the explosiveness and power component. All in all, I feel both the routines were greatly beneficial for the targeted components and the class today was of a very high-intensity.
