As a health play specialise you need to be self deferent and responsible and at least 2 years experience and a relevant level3 qualification other skills include:" the ability to build a rapport and develop relationships with children and their families empathy, patience and tact verbal and written communication skills, including skills in listening, observing, taking notes and record keeping teamworking skills and the ability to work as part of a large multidisciplinary team the ability to work independently and to prioritise your workload organisation skills to plan and deliver play activities general IT skills, including use of Word creativity, energy and enthusiasm cultural awareness and respect for the religious and cultural diversity of children and their families a flexible approach to work in order to adapt to children's different needs an understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding issues health, safety and risk awareness."(Health play specialist job profile | Prospects.ac.uk, 2020)

It is their job to provide a cramming and welcoming environment which promotes play and development as children will have to learn and develop in hospitals this my include learning tings they have forgotten through injury or may need more support with since they have additional needs.

Occupational or Physiotherapy work with children from a wide range of additional needs. From children how are just abit behind in their motor functions to children how have down syndrome and work closely with other services to ensure the child's development through planed therapies section's which are play based. To do this occupation on needs a degree course and further study.

A teacher´s assistant is there to support children's learning and development at school. Their role is to assist the teacher which may include breaking up fights and avoid unwanted behaviour. Furthermore teaching assistants can be a vital recourses for children's further learning and development as they help and assist their learning.

Their job role is to support the early years practitioner and the manager, to be there as a key person supporting them in their daily activities but also ensuring all children are save. To assist with planning and preparing the daily routine. (Job Description - Pre-School Assistant, 2015)

It is nursery mangers job to keep records and also ensure that staff ratio is kept they need and level 3 qualification and at least 2 years past graduation expanse . Further more they will be in charge of interviewing new employees and implementing new policies and procures and also insuring

There duties will include"

creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play

supervising activity-planning to make sure children's needs are met

working closely with parents and/or carers, giving them a high standard of customer service, including regular progress reports

working with colleagues and other professionals to make sure that children’s needs are met

making sure that equipment, such as furniture and toys, is in good condition

The business responsibilities of a manager would also include:

recruiting and inducting suitably qualified and experienced staff

supporting and developing the nursery team

managing a budget

arranging marketing and publicity materials

creating management reports, and maintaining staff and child records

Childminders are level 3 qualified practitioners how are self implied how look after a group of children there job is to

Offers long and short tram support and practical help to families in need. For family's in need this is to remove or mitigate risk or challenging behaviours. This may also ensure that children can remain in their family under the support works guidance.

SW are there to support families and their children trough difficult times

Their roles are to improve outcomes in peoples lives. By "work in a variety of settings within a framework of relevant legislation and procedures, supporting individuals, families and groups within the community. You may work in homes or schools, hospitals or on the premises of other public sector and voluntary organisations."
