Aims: to explore the current challenges experienced in relation to talent development and management - across each stage of career pipeline (attraction and recruitment, induction and onboarding, T&D, CD and talent mobility, retention and succession planning.
2. Methodology
Participants - 12 senior leaders or HR professionals within engineering-led organizations; (including constructions, engineering, defiance, aerospace, energy and utilities sector.)

a. The engineering industry finds itself significant skills shortage and capabilities gaps - threatens the industry growth.

d. The talent management theory and practice should be evolved towards more dynamic and system thinking orientation.
5. Conclusion
a. Differentiated and targeted talent management is necessary to maximize the organizational resources.
